Will Clapp as the anchor in between 2 young guards seems like we are going to see a non-stop stream of pressure up the middle.

First...prayers for Linsley...
Second....what a blow...may even be worse than losing Slater last year, because Salyer came in, and didnt actually suck...our backup OC sucks, plain and simple. We need a trade, or a miracle from Zion, Salyer, or Mcfadden or Jaimes, or we are screwed. And Im an optimist on this forum!
I imagine the whole oline blocking scheme is gonna need an overhaul...if we can get past the turds, at least we will have the bye to work some things out...
Im a Staley supporter...in at least I have not given up hope...but he doesnt get the injury pass I gave him last year...he wants to be a HC in this league? This is the kind of adversity he needs to overcome....its gonna be a tough road...The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...
Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

I think he needs to retire. Don’t try to rush back. Football is a brutal game. If this is something else then fine he can play.
but when they say heart that’s not a ankle or knee. After Demar Hamlin just want to make sure he is alright.
the chargers need to hunt the practice squad. Look for players. And just try to find a good one. That’s up the middle so right to Herbert.

The time to address the depth at center was during the draft or off-season free agency.
Now best chance they have is Clapp or Jaimes showing massive improvement from last season or trading for someone.
