Cowboys @ Chargers Official Game Day Thread / Post Game Reaction (Wk 6)

    2 game win-streak.

Biggest storyline is Moore and his chance to prove McCarthy was wrong to move on.
followed by the return of Ekeler.
Prime time Herbotron for the first time this season.
First game for our D INTENTIONALLY without JCJ.
a few other cute storylines but...
But the only thing that matters is keeping this win streak alive.
time to unite and cheer on our boys in Blue and Gold.
    BTFU, way up.

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Dallas Cowboys: How to Watch, Listen & Live Stream

The Los Angeles Chargers (2-2) return from their bye week for a primetime matchup against the Dallas Cowboys (3-2) in Week 6 at SoFi Stadium.

    MATCHUP HISTORY

This Monday night matchup will mark the 13th regular season meeting between the two teams. The Cowboys hold a 7-5 all-time regular season record against the Bolts; however, the Chargers have won three of the last four meetings.

The last meeting between these two teams came in a tight matchup during Week 2 of the 2021 season.

This game was the Chargers home opener during the 2021 season. Although the matchup didn't produce many points, both teams surpassed the 400 total yard mark — including 338 yards passing by quarterback Justin Herbert. It was a big day for the Bolts' pair of star receivers in Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, as the two combined for 199 yards through the air. This game also featured cornerback Asante Samuel, Jr.'s first career interception, which came midway through the first quarter.

Here is to hoping Herbert lights it up again in prime time like he has in the past few years.

I would like to see Quentin catch at least 3 passes over 20 yards and get his first score. That would really help.

The storyline for this game couldn’t be bigger for Moore and McCarthy.

And looking at the AFC standings, slipping to 2-3 would already make our playoff chances dim.

                Monumental game!

The storyline tonight is Joshua Palmer's groin.

Go ahead and get this win tonight and go on a playoff run! Moore knows this team they're playing like the back of his hand. This fact should count for something?

Translated: time for Quinton Johnston to prove that he was worthy of a first round pick!

                        But seriously,

The defeat yesterday of the NFC's two top dogs (SF, PHI) does make tonight a less desperate win for the Cowboys. I don't know if it motivates them more because the division and the top conference seed seems more attainable, or if it makes them less play with less urgency tonight. Probably neither.
