It's funny that Game Day Threads in games we win are always around 70 pages long but GDTs for losses are easily over 100.

For all the griping about Herbert, he was hit or sacked EIGHTEEN times in 30 pass attempts, which is two less than Wilson was hit and sacked in 49 pass attempts. Add in Ekeler's 3 drops with your QB under nonstop pressure and it's not wonder why we struggled. A QB hit on 60% of his pass attempts is not going to put up good numbers especially when no WR can get any separation aside from Allen.

And that was with a 4 man rush.

The offensive line play was not encouraging.

I agree. I think they were afraid to turn the ball over and give Jets some life. Also they know Wilson won’t do squat so they’re content on punting it away

Daiyan Henley and Dean Leonard need to be starting. Can Dean Leonard be effective in the slot, or is he just going to replace Davis? Also, Henley better than Kendricks.

With a very good Jets secondary burning two and a half minutes off the clock was smart football. Eckie just had it tough with a fast converging Jets defense. Moore needs help with the oline coaching. They need to bring in more staff to get the blocking schemes working.

I think Staley is finally learning. Run the clock, don’t turn the ball over, punt and put an inept O on a long field as the clock winds down. A winning football formula for the ages.
