The Chargers will be able to pass against DET.
It was more difficult with the Jets.

The Jets are giving up an average of 174.8 yds per game passing, third in the league, just a smidgen more than the Ravens.

The Lions are giving up 220 yds per game passing, right in the middle of the pack.

The Loins are 2nd in run defense though, allowing an average of 76.8 yds per game. They will be tough to run on.

Week 10 scouting report: Los Angeles Chargers are better than their record

Coming off a bye week, the Lions have a challenging opponent in the LA Chargers.

Is that a rule? I thought Chip Kelly used to do that all the time when he was with the Eagles.

Well it seems to be a guideline around the NFL. Monday come in to check on injuries minor meetings but most of day off ; Tuesday off (it was reported Marvin Harrison flew home to Philly every Monday afternoon to Wednesday morning back to Indy; Edgerrin James in AZ if he had Mondays off flew home to Miam - had to make sure those strip clubs were doing okay ); Wed Thursday and Friday practices with Wed and thursday the full days; Saturday, walk through meetings and Sunday games.

I saw him wince in pain as he hit the ground, while trying to protect that finger. he didn't fuck it up on that play but the risk is there. I'm not telling him to never run in any situation if he has a wide open field but Herbie-The-Runner is not Plan A for me. or him. or the coaches.

It seems like they're gaining momentum. It was just the Jets and Bears... but I BELIEVE we're better than our record. Almost every team has one bad loss against a team they should have beat. I think our bad loss is behind us (Titans). Most good teams also have a win against a couple of "good" teams too. Could the Lions be that win...? Lions, Ravens, Bills, and Chiefs all are home games. Win 1 of those 4 and we should be playing post-season. 2 of the 4 is realistic, IMO. Pretty sure we beat lesser teams (Broncos, Raiders, Packers, Patriots).

Pass to who? KA is the only WR we have that can open.

They are getting RB David Montgomery back, who was beasting it before injury knocked him out for a few games. He was a principal reason the Lions beat the Chiefs in week 1. Combined with rookie RB Jahmyr Gibbs, these guys are going to be a headache for the Charger's D. Fortunately though the strength of the Chargers' D is the run defense, for a change.

Detroit is down two DBs who where starters to begin the season. Both on IR - C.J. Gardner Johnson and Emmanuel Moseley.
The 2 biggest reasons the Lions beat the Chiefs... 1) No Kelce 2) No Chris Jones.
