It might be symptomatic of a dysfunctional team to keep it close, or even pull ahead, only to have a few bonehead plays or penalties sink an otherwise conserted effort.

Chargers usually don’t stink it up at home under prime time lights. Moore is still developing this offense, with what he’s got. I’ll keep that in mind.
