I see this one as hindsight... Nobody could have known, Steichen came out of nowhere. Sure he worked for the organization and they should have realized his potential as a coach, but I'd put that one on TT. Yet another fail from this GM...

The best thing for the team is to finish at 5-12. Maybe 6-11 and beat the Raiders and Broncos.

I've been thinking about it a lot, we had both Steichen and Sirianni on the Chargers' staff for years. Steichen was Herbert's first OC. And they sent him packing in favor of Staley. It's because of stuff like this that Chargers fans need therapy.

On Staley: Like any business, if you want changes you have to make changes.
On Dean having his sons work in the building: Organization in crisis, everybody's walking on eggshells, nobody knows that to do.

I thought QJ was pissed off last game and will show up last night. Unfortunately the wrong one did. Flowers made sure the Bolts know they drafted the wrong WR.

He's the only guy Herbert has faith in. That's including Ekeler now, who has apparently gotten inside of his own head. Fumbles and drops week after week. As far as QJ, an off-season sports psychologist may be in order for him. He's playing scared and it shows.

The Ravens' D crunched up QJ pretty good on that throw over the middle, he never experienced anything like that in the Big 12. He's in the NFL now and he has to decide if he really wants to play at this level.
