i can't help but wonder if writing off Bosa (and guaranteed money) and trying to improve depth (overall talent). We are currently 9 million under the cap without Bosa.

A DT, backup QB (Geno Smith, maybe) and a returner would be nice. Might be able to get another safety as well (Adrian Phillips is not going to enjoy film time this week). I would like to keep McCoil as he provides a new element to this team and we need some toughness in the secondary if our run D is going to be challenged. He is VERY unproven, but I think he could be used in many ways.
