There is an article posted that discusses the PFF rating of Rivers. It says that the PFF rating for him is low because his passes did not travel far, rather the WR ran after the catch for big gains. Using such logic, Joe Montana is not a hall of famer. He made a career of such passes to Taylor, Rice and Owens. By the way, Rivers' PFF rating is in the 'poor' category on their scale.
