I hoping Greg Roman for the TEs coach and have Jey Harbaugh learn behind Ficken for a couple years. Then put him in the secondary.

It sounds like Harbaugh wants to use the Chargers and Michigan together as a coaching tree like Baltimore and Michigan were doing. In doing that, I would see if Ansley would go to Michigan to be the DC for 2-3 years before returning to the Chargers as the DC when Minter gets hired away to be a HC. Then bring Clinkscale up to work with the DBs for a couple years before sending back to Michigan to be the DC once Ansley comes back to the Chargers.

Again, I am sure the weight rooms at Alabama Georgia, and Michigan put the weight rooms of NFL teams to shame - but come on buying a shop vac - -must not have been to he or Ben Herberts level

I was actually surprised by Harbaugh's humility and his deep feeling of responsibility to maximize his player's skill and work. He doesn't seem like a hard ass. Just a worker. earn it. I guess if a player doesn't have that work ethic he'll move on.

Harbaugh really likes “Ted Lasso” and recommended that everyone watch it. Ted Lasso is a coach with humility who cares about his players and staff.
