Like I said, I am open to anything but I also think there are much better options than Kaep at this time to be back up QB for the Chargers

As again, he might only cost a million but how good is he

I think they need to spend a bit more money - say the 2.5-3m range and get a serviceable player

It'll be a cold day in hell when Kaep is a Charger. Even mentioning his name like it is possible is a bucket of ice water on the hot buzz about Harbaugh.
We don't need a pos that screams ME! when JH is about TEAM.

Other options ARE available: Even Huntley from the Ravens

JH Squared knows LB's. We got this. 3rd round is the sweet spot.
Staley turned James into a backup. Never forget.

There is a lot I am looking forward too with the new Harbaugh/Hortiz combo. First and foremost, its maximizing Herbert. Also a new process in drafting and player evaluation. But Jesse Minter taking James back up to his all-pro type level is also something I want to see.

He was just too good of a player to be not that good at times. Like he was lost out there.

That was before, we are now living in the Harbaugh era and all that shit is about to change, actual "football" people are running the football decisions for the time being...if there's ever been a time to give this organization the benefit of the doubt, now is that time...

one thing that should stand out right away is that the team will look more crisp and disciplined, I can't imagine Harbaugh having any patience for Bosa's shenanigans...that's why I think Bosa is a goner...

Part of what Harbaugh will bring is a new culture

I think Jim mentioned his name, Derwin James - but he seems like more of a culture guy than Bosa. He is the alpha on the team per Matt Money

Staley just didn't have the experience to be a HC, his defenses were mostly dogshit, they had odd good games here and there or sometimes good halves, but no consistency because he sucked at adjusting to how other coaches countered his schemes...I give the guy credit for bullshitting his way into a job he wasn't qualified to have...even I was blown away with his early press conferences, the guy has some conman skills in him for sure...

Harbaugh wants Bosa? I'll give Jim the benefit of the doubt on that if it turns out to be the case...

It’s a much bigger fix needed: gotta maximize basically everybody (excepting those few cuts we all see coming..).

                          No, sorry if unclear

I think Harbaugh mentioned Herbert James and Keenan on CBS

                          He didn't mention Bosa

I can see Harbaugh wanting James on the team moving forward as he probably thinks he can get something out of him that Staley didn't
