Rap Sheet just sent this link to the Chargers page -- they were both signed - -to the PS though. Mack to the IR with Jefferson on the 53. Ferrell to the PS to replace Jefferson (or Weaver) and some other player needs to be dropped from the PS. This makes sense as the Chargers can now elevate Ferrell or Weaver as needed for three games
