I watched and enjoyed the NYG beats Eagles game. It seemed like a lot of PBs thought NYG was an easy W.
A loss is a loss, and Chargers looked better than the SB Champs losing to NYG. That's a simple fact as opposed to "puffery".

I've watched NFL long enough that my only useful advice is never make any hard definite statements about the NFL or any team based on one game. The one-game snap conclusions we have are:

1. We beat DEN => LAC > DEN
2. DEN beat PHI by less than NYG => NYG > DEN
3. We lost to NYG by much less than PHI => LAC > PHI

At face value, its LAC vs NYG in the SB! woo! obviously - none of these assertions are valid based on one-off games at this early point in a season. Pointing to a single game as evidence is silly and people that do that here. who are well versed in NFL, and probably know it.

So - If they do know this, but do it anyway ... what does that mean? hmmm indeed.

I already posted this but will help you - I was kidding about jinx. I figured you'd translate it was a joke since I've said many times here that I don't believe in jinxes or superstitions, unlike you. you are the one that thinks LAC are cursed. Its ironic you're quick to say you can't cause a curse, when you believe a curse came from somewhere else. you can square that circle on your own. What I meant was that I think that you calling for your team to have injuries every week for 12 weeks sucks.

Perhaps, perhaps not, who cares. Its all good, buddy. you think the Chargers are in a world of shit and the season is already gone, I think they fell into shit but its possible they can pull out of it . I'm not thrilled to start OT4 and OT5 this week, thats for sure. fingercrosses are squeezed tight.

Neither of us knows what it will be in January. Alt, Hampton, Mack, Perryman, Becton - with them all back its a very different team than Deculus, Salyer, Vidal. we'll both be watching, thats for sure.
