I hate the idea of trying a guy who can't handle a basic stunt and putting him in charge of calling out the protections and having even more responsibility. Having said that...

The team had money to sign a FA center and so far has not done so. It could mean that the guys who are much smarter than anyone here and see the players could see something we don't. It could mean we still sign someone or draft someone. In Harbaugh and Hortiz we have to trust as it is obviously their call.

Where are you seeing the 3 year contract talk?
Maybe a 1 year extension to start in 2025 and mentor a day 2 pick TE into the 2026 season.
I know it's common to extend guys you trade for, but I can see Joe using a day 3 pick to trade for him, use him for the year and expect a como pick in return after letting him walk after a resurgence in 2025.

either way, I don't see his age as a barrier nor the lack of production in a Ravens offense that has many more explosive weapons (Flowers, Bateman, Likely and some big running back they call the king)

Hmmm… we made the playoffs with Bozeman at C last year. It is still a possibility

Andrews would be a solid addition. Due to make 11m this year so extend him for a couple years like 25/3 like Gesicki got with the Bengals

Hopefully Hortiz makes it happy. Andrews would be a very good addition - I would strongly approve
