The New York Jets are keeping their young core together. A day after signing wideout Garrett Wilson to an extension, the team reportedly agreed to terms on a historic contract extension with cornerback Sauce Gardner, according to multiple reports.

Gardner is reportedly signing a four-year, $120.4 million deal that makes him the highest-paid cornerback of all time, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport
Left tackles are rarer and more highly paid than CBs. Let’s get the Slater deal done.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
    Let’s win one for Mack.

Good point -- so maybe an extension of three years and this season will be four years

4/120 is a new mark for OTs. Current high pay is $27.5 m/yr.

If you want to be a LOS team, you pay your LT. he's earned it.

agree, as the question is not if but when Denzel goes down & out…. will Colson be ready ??

personally think they gave Jr too much too soon last preseason and he wilted some, and…. think he’s different than Henley, as often wondered why he wasn’t playing…. I don’t wonder why Colson is not seeing the field.

Denzel’s run D is elite…. hopefully Navarro & Co can help Jr find his NFL game & level, as his second chance is prolly gonna come sooner than later.

Also two of the top 6 or 7 QBs in the entire league and an up an coming QB in Denver too...the AFC West might have the most talented HC pool in the league but not sure it's the best division just yet...

I bet you could get more than 2 wins in a decade as GM.

Yes, with Rivers as your qb that would be true

                        Among other things.
KC's offense is based on the passing game. Chris Jones will be testing our LG.
                        Denver is all-around dangerous.
We should kick Raiders ass X2.
Controlling the game flow with our RBs will be big. Our air attack has to be diverse and for real.

Chargers' Najee Harris: Bound for active/NFI list

                          By RotoWire Staff
                          14 mins ago • 1 min read

Joe Hortiz said Wednesday that Harris likely will begin training camp on the active/non-football injury list as doctors continue to monitor the eye injury that he suffered during a fireworks incident at a Fourth of July event, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Harris remains in the Bay Area as of Wednesday afternoon but is expected to report to The Bolt in El Segundo, Calif. later in the day. Hortiz noted the Chargers have yet to ascertain the extent of Harris' injury, but his agent has called it a "superficial" one, per Thuc Nhi Nguyen of the Los Angeles Times. Once Harris joins his teammates, L.A. is expected to make the aforementioned transaction, but he'll be able to practice as soon as he passes a physical. How Harris and rookie first-round pick Omarion Hampton fare in training camp and the preseason should determine the breakdown of RB touches between the duo at the start of the regular season.
