Absolutely not, I'd rather have one of the WRs in the draft that are similarly talented to a K.A. or J.J. and save $30M a year to sign a CB and OL

Could be but we sure aren't signing Tee Higgins. That was the ridiculous part. MHJ is going to AZ . Their WRs suck. Nabers should be there but I wouldn't be surprised to still trade back and get Odunze. We need more picks if we want to play defense.

And another drafted in the 1st round who's coming on, a super productive TE and 2 very good RBs. The point is they have skill guys. We don't and they don't really play smash mouth football. They outscore you. Their defense was the weakness

and none of it happens without that O Line including the more beloved than Bowers here Sewell.
If those skill players don’t live up to their 2nd contracts they’ll be out the door like Keenan and Mike🤣

Johnson calls it all, you need a film session on their O Line, you’re clueless or trolling me. It’s Dan Campbell personified. I bet you were on him about biting knee caps🤣

Jameson Williams has 25 receptions and three touchdowns in two years. He hasn't had a 100-yard game yet. He had six receptions for 79 yards and one touchdown in the playoffs. He's coming on? Because he ran a reverse for a 42-yard touchdown in the NFC Championship Game?

The Lions didn't have Jahmyr Gibbs, Sam LaPorta, or David Montgomery prior to 2023. Harbaugh and Hortiz have just begun. They will get players.

You may not like to use "smash smouth football' in describing the Lions, but their offensive line, featuring two All-Pros in 2023, opened up enough holes for Gibbs and Montgomery to rush for 1,960 yards and 23 touchdowns combined, while Gibbs averaged 5.2 a carry and Montgomery 4.6.

Im fine drafting one. My point is not to be in salary cap hell again by getting JJ, might as well kept fan fave Keenan for that kind of money.

I circle back to the notion that Mahomes-Reid cannot be beat by arms proliferation.

We've got to run out the clock with a lead, including the final 13 seconds.

Look at the money Guards are getting.

Look at what Green Bay did, keeping AJ Dillon and signing Josh Jacobs, instead of retaining Aaron Jones.

Look at the Rams, with There's McVay the genius, always ahead of the curve.

This is food for thought, and this is where the Chargers are headed.

The ball was in Keenan's corner, not Joe Hortiz.

The Chargers have 5 of the first 110 picks.
They need to squeeze a high second rounder out of someone to move down a few spots.

Six of the first 110 should be the goal.

Build the roster with BPAs and look for late round nuggets at PONs.

                        Which Wolverines ?

--Mike Sainristil Slot CB makes plays, covers shifty WRs, tackles. Must be considered @ #37 due to impact and importance of position. Ja'Sir at Slot ? C'mon man.

--Cornelius Johnson WR has excellent size to speed ratio and can block. Round 5.

--Josh Wallace Outside CB has good size, is a strong tackler and has ST Gunner potential. Round 6.

I just don’t see this team signing or trading for a high priced WR to replace the high priced WR we let go. Jefferson makes zero sense. So does Higgins. Look for a bargain FA or a draft pick (or two) in that space.

I see that Poona Ford, the human fire hydrant DT, was signed on a one year deal but it is not widely reported. If it is true, that is a good signing.
