They look the same to me, but I’m far from an expert. Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
Let’s win one for Mack.

I can’t see signing a backup now and hoping we get a solid starter in the draft. And there’s not a lot of potential starters available in FA.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
Popper like Brian Allen from the Rams
Bozeman has been mentioned
Mason Cole
My hope is a stop gap in case the draft doesn't align but hopefully they get the long term starter in the draft and the player they sign will be a solid back upNow, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

good point, the diva guys just care about their fucking stats because it brings dollars when their contracts are up, a lot of them could give a shit how their selfish behavior affects the team's ability to compete...Originally posted by Velo View Post

That has absolutely nothing to do with your point. Mahomes is special player and a huge playmaker and he hasOriginally posted by Velo View PostThe Chiefs have won consecutive Super Bowls since trading Hill. That alone proves my point.
Kelce who is not a WR but happens to be the best receiving TE in the league. Plus they have a top 10 defense.
They also lost the AFCC game to Cincy who does have pretty damn good receivers and they lost a SB to Tampa Bay
who did at the time did have very good WRs.

It's being reported Denzel Perryman signed a one year contract with us! He's back! He played his best football with the Raiders a few years ago. Seems like a Jim Harbaugh type player.

Well one thing I heard with my own ears at the combine when Hortiz was interviewed by Chargers Weekly was that he is an advocate of BPA regardless of position or even roster depth he said. When he talked about BPA the position he specifcally talked about before this draft was Wide Receiver.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
Be kind of cool if he said it and means it
That would really shake things up
I didnt read too much into it but I did take it to mean he wont hesitate to pull the trigger on a WR if he feels that is the BPA. At 5 it mostly likely will be. Then you throw in the fact that Williams and Allen are gone and the Chargers have nothing on the roster remotely resembling a WR1 or a decent pass catching TE either.
I do think that JH2 are capable of drafting a player high other than an OL and I do think they they realize they have the best armed QB in the NFL and that he will need to pass the ball.

They really must have tremendous faith in Ben Herbert. Bosa, Hurst and Perryman all have injury histories that have impacted their careers. It's the only rationale that makes sense for putting a team together with these guys. Heck, maybe he'll turn Parham into the guy we were hoping.Originally posted by Boltjolt View Post
Good deal for him. Hopefully he stays relatively healthy for a season and we can get a decent comp pick for him. Big need for us. Should draft at least one more
Hey, beach got a guy 😀
