If recent history is any indicator, all it takes to save McCoy's job is a great offensive performance leading a win at home with loud cheering Deano can hear up in the owner's box, and Rivers whispering in his ear McCoy is the best guy for continuity of the offense.

We have ten days after the Donkeys to get ready for Atlanta. At the end of the day it's the players that are doing this, not the coach. But the coach is responsible for the product on the field. And if you don't hold him accountable, everyone feels safe. You have to change this dynamic. You have to shake this shit up and put everyone on notice that management is actually watching and communicate at least the perception that it is trying to win. Otherwise, this is a straight up lost season.
