Thing is... with Harbaugh here, there are plenty of UDFAs who'd rather take their shot with the Chargers, than at a whole lot of other places.

Let's say that *you* are a UDFA cornerback. You know that the Chargers need defensive backs, and you know Harbaugh is running things. I have to figure that-- taking dollars into consideration, of course-- those factors make signing with the Chargers an attractive option.
