Chargers did not have anyone reliable on 3rd down getting open consistently on underneath routes.
There wide receiver room was pathetic ... still its weak.

Nope - its a process, stick to it, trust it. Even the trade Hortiz made - he got a draft pick back. Early 5th rounder. Telesco would have been a 2 for 1(in all likelihood)

I watched this guy play a lot live but thought he was smaller than he really is. His tape is VERY impressive. He fires off the line like a bat out of hell and is 100% full speed all the time. Excellent pick up.
