At this point in his career work is work. But i think hes made over 15M. So maybe he thinks hes set. I think he could probably grab another contract but at his age he may not have the option to stay close to home. Im just wondering if he makes more sense than Watt. He gives us a little more versatility i would think. But ill be honest i didnt really study Watt and his blocking ability. So i dont know who is better at this point. We could stick with Watt....draft his brother TJ and lure JJ away in a couple years. Have the whole family on the team.

The guy who surprised me this season opening some holes for MG was Henry.

I loved Tolbert when he was here. But I believe you just say no to old running backs. I prefer them young and fresh. Same with Woody.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

            85) Jahleel Addae, Los Angeles Chargers safety: There are more starting safety jobs open than there are quality free agents and draft picks to fill them.

That amount of $$$ seems crazy....but as long as the cap keeps going up then 13-14 million will become the norm for "good" players.

And I suspect that is long term contract money, not franchise tag money. And if that is the market according to an independent expert, the Bolts should be prepared to pay it.

I think this is a good move. It gives us until July 15 or there abouts to get a long term deal done. We can't loose players like him and still compete long term.

Melvin Ingram gets the franchise tag. Not sure if he is worth it. Guess they couldn't agree on an extension. Better to have him than lose him.

Now does he play Leo or SAM. Id love to draft Thomas and use Ingram at SAM. I just finished 4 rounds of my mock with a group of friends. I traded our 4th and 5th for Denvers comp 3rd just for shits and giggles. Assuming we re-signed Addai and tagged Ingram. Cut Flowers/Franklin. Sign Whitworth, Leary and Woodhead. Maybe draft a blocking TE late.

Sweet. It had to be done. Now sign him to a long term deal before it's too late. We don't need another Sproles debacle.
