The sad thing is...the lady who filmed it probably was getting just as much enjoyment out of it as the poor sap. Again when the product on the field is lacking...everybodys attention is everywhere else.

He's lucky that no one has named him publicly, and its unlikely that he would be charged (heh) unless an eyeball witness actually complains. Elite, the Chargers, San Diego and he are global laughing stocks. I have to say... absolutely hilarious.

SDPD is actively investigating this and might bring charges to the guy. They've already interviewed the woman who shot the footage.
