I dont know about that but he clearly isnt going to overpay and i like that. 26 mil a year for Milton Wiliams was ridiculous. Palmer 12 mil a year is ridiculous. Will Fries got overpaid. He is injury prone and missed alot of games but he is good. Aaron Banks, way overpaid.

Hortiz cannot build a team only through the draft, prior picks will leave by the time new ones get here. He will be so far under cap he’ll just be forced by the CBA to pay out bonuses to average players he didn’t want to pay. Meanwhile all the good teams get better. He has 97 MIL. He has to use some of it. I’m not saying use ALL OF IT.

Im saying Hortiz doesnt overpay and i like that. Signing players to big contracts isn't the best recipe to win. He did spend SOME of it, and Bozeman is the only head sctacher though im not a fan of Najee either.

He isnt done yet so not real worried. Just wanted our OL better than it was and it isnt yet.

How is not signing any new IOL, WR, TE, DT, DE or ILB a sign that they are going to draft IOL? What positions can we rule out early? Same as yesterday: QB and OT. Maybe S.
