Kind of tough to rank all the Bolts issues from worst to least worst...but off the top of my head, in no particular order, they would be:

1. Poor game planning and scheme by Gro, beginning with failure to dial up better protection for Herbie through a combination of max protect, chips, shorter passes to expose Herbie to less hits...
2. Failure to draft or sign Boze's replacement
3. Failure to draft decent G depth
4. Can't blame them on the RB issues--we did sign a top RB and drafted Hampton...tough luck there...
5. Injuries...even more tough luck...

Well...when injuries force the team to start the likes of Deculus and Hart at tackle, it would at least be good if the poor QB had a reliable 3 interior linemen , that could handle stunts and inside pressure. A good QB like Herbert could probably handle the outside pressure and the TEs can chip to help on the edge....but when ANY QB has outside pressure from both sides....PLUS...inside pressure in his face in seconds....there isnt much of a chance he can do anything

The attrition at tackle is really unfortunate. But there is no injury at center. This is the player handpicked by Harbaugh and Hortiz to anchor the offensive line and make the line calls.

If there was ever a time for Bozeman to step up, help his besieged QB, and play some decent football it would be right bloody now.

Good gawd. Reading this just makes me want to crawl into a safe room at 1pm Est on Sunday and stay there for about 3.5 hours. Then and only then can I crawl back out and see how many ambulances were dispatched to the stadium.
