The OL was not great, but not bad compared to the previous years. He just made less with the blocking he did have than average. Barkley was great with a bad OL and awesome with a great OL. Harris was bad with a mediocre OL. Combine that with heavy usage and approaching the RB cliff, I'm staying far away from him unless it's a very cheap deal.
To give you context, JK had a pretty good YPC over expected, even with the weak interior for the Chargers. All our other backs were below average. Harris would look like our other backs.

He's Starting all year as they develop a mid round RB to be eventual starter.
