Kyle Pitts is super overrated. Here’s what I see as a scout. He runs clumsy he runs his routes clumsy. He’s tall but he’s not smooth like Gronk.
He doesn’t run his routes smooth like a Kincaid or a Bowers. That’s the difference.

The problem with Harbaughs offense is that he doesn’t want to open it up. You’ll never see Herbert open it up. Not like a Kyle Shanahan. Appreciate the Steichan days. That’s it.
Harbaugh does not open it up. Look at JJ Mcarthy. Yall thought the dude sucked. He goes to Minnesota and lights it up for one preseason game. And he might be better than Caleb Williams. But because Harbaugh didn’t let him cook. We’ll never know. Running back and tight end. I warned yall about this with Colin Kaepernick.
it’s a run heavy scheme tight end receiver offense that gets the receiver open like you saw with Quentin Johnston those were Michael Crabtree sets.
that’s why they wanted to bring Colin Kaepernick in to teach the offense.
Herbert is that guy. Harbaughs offense is designed to not get the Quarterback hurt even though the Quarterback got hurt.
You run run run keep the Quarterback fresh. Now it wins but it ain’t getting the Quarterback stats. I wasn’t drafting Justin Herbert in fantasy. Nothing against him but not in this offense. Now That’s why I thought Brock Bowers made sense in the draft because that’s how Harbaughs offense operates.

Oodles of criticism about our offensive production.
What matters is scoring enough on offense,
and putting together drives to keep our defense from getting tired.
Why no praise for our top ranked defense ?
Young, promising defenders are contributing.
Minter is killing it.We play modern Harball.

To be fair to Roman, while his offenses don't pass a lot, they have typically been in the upper 2/3 as far as scoring points is concerned.ESPN Screename: GoBolts02

When it translates to winning a game against a quality NFL team I will get excited.

Cousins used the shit out of Hockenson as soon as he got to Minnesota but for whatever reason, he dont look Pitts way very often, ....whether thats because he isnt open, dont trust him or whatever. No way im trading Derwin for Pitts. Id redo Derwins contract and id bet thats what they look to do.
Pitts contract next year is guaranteed 10.8 mil on his 5th year option. They trade him now, his 10.4 mil cap hit this year gets split between dead cap and savings.
They save 10.8 mil by trading him after the season. Going to guess they look for a better option that fits them and /or also the draft.
Think he has untaped ability and his best football is ahead of him. Derwin is what he is. There is no more upside to Derwin game. No risk it no biscuit.

Maybe that's a sign they're going to change it up at RB.
the only logical choice for what Roman wants to do and still within our price range.Free D.P.

Could of done that with Bowers,.. Who actually would of cost less who is playing way better and most here didn't want to use our 5th pick on because of cost.
