On my list, the top two names were Molden and Ford. They got one of them done. Dobbins I thought would get done but maybe he has other ideas there too"The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. Rams get Adams. Good I don't wanna spend $23 million on a 33 year-old player. You have to get young players in now to build chemistry with Justin. Long term. Stop the revolving door of players and coaches. Give him some young studs to not only build football chemistry with… But off the field relationships with those players. Consistency. Tom Brady had Edelman and Gronk. Herbert has ladd but let's keep adding to his inner circle. I really think Justin builds off the field chemistry with guys and it makes him a better player. i'd rather have both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen back at 23 million. For years we held onto players for too long. We have to get younger. And more long-term focused. Just feel like Adams has to be close to having that massive fall after grace season. And i dont want to be the team paying for it. Rams are a perfect fit for an aging stud. Stafford is close to the end as well. Its a great get for the Rams. But i dont want Justin to connect and then have to disconnect so often. With his players. Rivers was really good at coaching new guys and making anyone look amazing. But Herbert isnt that type. He is more football plays from a mathematics perspective....where Rivers was street football smart. Draw it up in the dirt and chuck it. Herbert is pretty structured and cerebral. A little more robotic with his mind.
Loveland isnt Bowers. But he is a freak big TE that moves like a WR. So he is certainly a chess piece. But he and Justin would lock in together. I feel like he is a really safe perfect fit. And given Ladds script off of Bowers when he was in Georgia...Loveland can do a lot of what Brock did that was designed to compliment Ladd. Like opening up the playbook and adding shades of what made Georgia so good with Ladd and Bowers. Thats why i wanted both so bad. You could do that with Loveland. Requires a freak TE. You upgrade Ladd.

Hortiz is going to have to do some shopping in free agency market if he wants to improve Herbert's weak set of weapons. They will probably draft lines of scrimmage early in the draft, where are the weapons going to come from?

Heavy play action next year. I've already come to the realization that Hebert is not going to put up numbers to match the top guys and ignore all the "top 5 QB" talk. Joe and Jim are here to win a super bowl and dont care about individual player stats.
