I'm all on the Q bandwagon not just because he is a Charger, but you can flashes of greatness from him. He just needs to be more consistent. He is following the normal trajectory of a WR in the NFL, and I expect this will be his year. Can't wait to see what kind of year he has.

I think he lost a lot of confidence his first year and it hurt him bad. He was so scared he was going to drop it. I am really rooting for him to have a big big breakout year.

Good problems to have when its tough getting to the 53 man roster as you might have a bit too much talent
