Would be awesome if Minter took Alexander with him to be his GM, the Chargers would get two third round picks, one in 2026 and another in 2027...those two would be a formidable duo in NY...hasn't the Giant's GM been hanging on by a thread the last few years?Originally posted by jamrock View Post
I see it the same way. NYG have talent at key positions. That will be an attractive job"The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. I'd hate to see Jesse go but because HC'ing in the NFL is a dream job, then if he decides to take this golden opportunity, I'd like him to go to the Giants which is a team on the other side and the other conference the farthest away from us because I truly wish him the best of luck until the time when he is opposing us only with JH/JH/JH at the helm.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
I think Minter is too smart to go to LAV, LAV is a shitshow...the Giant job at least offers a promising prospect at the QB position and that defense is loaded with talent too, that alone might be enough to sell Minter on the NY job, he won't have much trouble finding a good OC as a lot of guys will want to work with Dart...

For all the beatings we give Roman, his use of Penning in these jumbo packages is pretty creative, puts Penning in a place to succeed, and has injected some life into the running game. the Raiders tried to copy it against the Eagles last week and ....failed.

Been saying this since the bye. This was obviously a big adjustment they made during the bye week for the offense. Think they came to the realization that this current oline can't protect Herbert consistently. They are using Penning to his strength. He is a nasty run blocker but not very good in pass pro which is why he isn't a very good RT or LT.Originally posted by Heatmiser View PostFor all the beatings we give Roman, his use of Penning in these jumbo packages is pretty creative, puts Penning in a place to succeed, and has injected some life into the running game. the Raiders tried to copy it against the Eagles last week and ....failed.

He has and might get the boot after this season but i hope Minter stays at least one more season. Being a Charger , we dont dont get much cred here yet lol. But as a Harbaugh asst coach he may. We'll see but i hope he stays.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post

Joe Brady has been getting OC jobs and mentioned often and he has only had one HC interview so far. Should get more this year as he is the Bills OC. He is a young up and comer now at age 36.
You know who i think did a great job in Vegas and glad they didnt keep him was Rich Bisaccia. IDK why he doesnt get HC interviews, ...at least havent heard he has but he should. He is a solid coach.

In regards to Bisaccia, STs coaches don't really get much attention anymore, it's kind of become a dead end job...Originally posted by Boltjolt View Post

My guess is Michigan is low on any Minter list. I sense that he knows the wise decision is to stay with LAC for a few more years, F2H. But what do I know ? Your ideas involving NYG and multi comp picks sounds interesting tho.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
