To those that said 9 wins this year.......enjoy the ride. I am so freaking impressed with Jim & Joe and this coaching staff and what they have done. Sometimes using plywood scraps from a jobsite dumpster along with a little spit and duct tape, they have kept us moving in the right direction, straight into a playoff berth. WOW.....this is one for the ages.....it really is. AND for the team to have its destiny under their own control IN DECEMBER??? Whodathunkit........??????

Win out and we win the AFC West, sweep our division games and not only lock in a playoff home game, but possibly even a bye (not sure if that is possible, but I think so). Anyway, all of this looked pretty bleak when guys were falling like dominoes........But here we are. Like I said enjoy the ride, quit yer belly aching and let's see where this goes.

Sing with me......."San Diego.....SUPER CHARGERS!!!.........SAN DIEGO......SUPER CHARGERS!!!!!!......" Ya know the rest.....

Hampton, Tre, KLS, and Gadsden all in the same draft? Are you kidding me?

This puts even vintage AJ Smith to shame.

Crown Joe Hortiz’s ass, he’s the GOAT.

Indeed, savor this moment. We’ve earned it.

The best is yet to come (2026+). But job’s not done this year, yet.

Oh I agree 1,000% I heard or read somebody, somewhere say that 12 of Horiz's draft picks in his 1st two drafts have participated/played a role in the 2025 season so far. If correct that is just incredible and that my friends is how you build a winning franchise that becomes a powerhouse.

If the $$ are right for Salyer - keeping him as a swing tackle

If the dollars are right for Penning -- keeping him as back up OG depth. Hart for the minimum, for sure as well.

Now the starting OC and RG -- work to be done. Tyler Linderbaum please!!

Mickens and even 7th rounderTrikweze Bridges on Dallas, who plays many snaps, even though it is a bad secondary

He's essentially relaying our frustrations and/or applause when it comes to coaching, personnel decisions, etc. when there are very few avenues for us as fans to do so. Personally, I'd rather a reporter ask prodding questions about our rookies, offensive schemes and/or personnel decisions rather than standard-fare questions that will guarantee canned answers. That approach may not change very much, but at the very least, it gets wheels churning and coaches thinking if only for brief moments -- this may be misconstrued as "unprofessional", but at least, it cannot be considered lazy and passive reporting which is what much of the media is nowadays.
Do you honestly think that any question a beat writer who never played a snap of football at even the high school level is going to make the coaches suddenly think, damn, why didn’t we think about this? Salyer was also “dealing with something” earlier in the year and was an emergency option rather than a legitimate option to start until much later in the season.

                    Anyway, enough about Popper.

Whats wrong with that? We were all saying “WTF Jim…play Salyer.”

What examples of specific questions Popper asks of Harbaugh actually piss you off and you think shouldn’t be asked?
I 100% agree with you, we were all saying the same. I do not find offense with Popper trying to do his job. I would bet Jim doesn’t either.

Now I’m left wondering if it was that Deculus was so bad or the coaching approach was so wrong, we only have one game with him starting since then and he held up quite ok? Too many variables to ever know ….

Or maybe somewhere off to the side at SoFi and Spanos pays for it. Can't see it though lol
They could mount there statue on wheels and just bring it with them on team SoFi rental days, then take it back to the Bolt at night.

If the $ are right, I’d bring back Salyer and Pipkins as backups, but I suspect both think they are starters and am not sure they’d want to stay here behind 2 starters who if healthy would not allow them a single snap.
