The problem with Bitonio is that he would be a free agent and cost the Chargers the comp pick for Oweh - that isn't happening

I prefer Chris Paul.for Guard. He's younger (27) than Teller and not coming off a season-ending injury like Teller.

i agree... maybe the great old vet that can play great for a year or 2 max will work to buy time for Hertz to draft the future starter this year or next!?

most of his actions are smart temporary solutions to buy time to draft the right young players...

Hertz took over a team that drafted poorly year after year so we had no depth!

long time ago there were teams who had bad starters but they had good depth so they turned things agound quickly!
