Marlowe Wax is another guy who should end up outsnapping the likes of Troy Dye 'n Del'Shawn Phillips

again personal opinion, and this or Cam Hart stuff is getting old

an IDL of Teair, Jamaree 'n Eboigbe.... Dalvin Tomlinson might be the better player now/today, albeit I am playing for an SB, and think by season's end that's my best three up front, and yes we'll take/need plenty of help from Tomlinson's as a rotational boost throughout the season/game.

Tuli + Akheem on the outside, and w/Khalil as your rotational ED3.... that's a long day in the office @OT

and don't care if we play a 5-1-5 as think Henley is gonna have a very good bounceback year behind that front five

if Genesis Smith has any Antonio Cromartie to his game, it's just gonna make it that more difficult to come back on us for the if and when we have a lead

on offense it'd be Herbert, Hampton 'n Keaton.... if the latter is healthy, it's not a matter of if he's gonna hurt you, and more just a matter of when

and for the if and when Omarion bounces it outside the tackles that's gonna be a scary proposition for most any defensive backfield, along w/plenty o' LBs as well

and not sure what it's gonna look like, and.... however Mike McD and his QB put togther an MVP season, that should be a scary proposition for most any DC in and of itself

Solid answer. I'd add in Ladd and probably Njoku as additional worries

I think the DL this team has right now is the best DL group that they had in a long time.

The offense appears to look good potential wise. The biggest question mark remains the interior of the OL.

thinking things over s'more..... thinkin' that the likes of Dalvin, Khalil, Denzel and Unc are gonna maintain a high floor and give us solids all the way around, and....

personally would be playing the likes of Eboigbe, Jamaree, Mesidor, Marlowe 'n Genesis plenty as thinkin' those are the guys that can best help deliver us a SB come season's end.

on O my suspicion is that we're gonna have to wade thru McUltra trying to make a mark w/the players he's brought in, and.... not so fast ol' Mikey McD.

gotta accept them for who they are.

Keaton usually misses himself plenty o' games, and don't think he should be used any more than a third down Ronnie Harmon kinda guy, and light on the punt/kick returns as well.

and Hampton got taken down last go 'round as well, and so do think it wise to almost overuse Kimani as if for not much else as an injury hedge, and given we know he can be productive as well.

and again personal opinion, as really think we should just forget about Brennen Thompson as any integral part of this offense.... let him come along gradually in this his rookie year and learn how to stay healthy/available and on the field for the if and when we might deem him useful and/or necessary.

and ditto again.... Pips is RT4 behind Joe, Burke 'n Trevor.... Harbaugh needs to flat out cool his Pipkins jets or the whatever is going on there.

and pls don't try and turn Kolar into something he's not, aka any sort of pass catching TE.... yes he can contribute, albeit he's no Oronde.

also gotta mention Donte 'n Derwin as they cover lots of responsibilities and matchups, making life ever so much easier for O'Leary, and that much more difficult for the opposition.

will also add that the likes of Desrosiers, and maybe even J Patt if he gets brought back, and Nikko Reed might well be of value down any SB stretch run as well.

Herbert in a Mike McDaniel offense, with no supremely talent weapons, but enough depth of talent everywhere across the board so that they can attack your weakest links on the D

                      Correct

And the defense is solid and sound. It doesn't have the wow factor but it is effective.

that said, I think the combo of Herbert and McD is going to be pretty strong

I'd be worried about falling behind early. I think the pass rush will be scary... especially if O'Leary is scheming up blitzes.
If McD can get a running game going... open up the pass... we can get a lead quickly.
                        Protect the QB
                        Run the ball
                        Play great defense

Based on what tho? The coaches have never had him there at all during TC.
