I go back and forth on MW. Who would you rather have on the WR depth chart - Fehoko or Rice or Mike Dub? I want to "embrace the WR youth movement," but Herbert losing both WRs of a duo that was one of the best in the league was maybe too much. Having one of them return might really help the passing game. My biggest reservation with Mike is how well can he run right now with his recent knee surgery?

Fehoko imo will he here just this year. Rice will be a better player going forward. We need a TE since Hurst is out. We won't try and get a Njoku type, he costs to much.
I saw a tweet by Hagland ( GAC podcaster) mention Gesicki but he can't block and is he more a pass catcher type.
Hunter Henry is probably out too.. We only have 8.mil.in camp space and need some of that for in season injuries ....unless we cut or trade someone like Stick.

Not a lot of good options for cheap. Cheap options are like Tommy Tremble, Darnell Washington, Austin Hooper, Josh Oliver, Brenden Strange...... Young guys that haven't been starters save for Hooper who would cost the most.

Then you don't know if like Pittsburgh is willing to deal Washington since they run often.

I think they will go cheap if they bring in a TE. One option I could see is CJ Ozamah being brought in as a band aid solution.
I don't think they will part with significant draft capital/cap to bring in a guy like Njoku.

Yep I think you are right. The Browns will want a decent pick to part with Njoku, if they even will after Copper leaving.

One guy who might be cheaper and has flashed some pretty good athleticism when used is Okonkwu in Tennessee. They look in full rebuild heading for a top 5 pick.

Okonkwu is a good pass catching TE, a good player.
He's only in his 3rd year so he's still pretty cheap for them, I guess it depends on whether or not they see him a building block for the future over there or not.

I think he has a chance, just probably not this season. Even with his pedigree it's a long shot to expect a 7th round WR to develop into an impact WR.

I think the Eagles signed Ozamah last week. Might be on their PS right now

Pittsburgh seems to love Washington. I just don't see them moving him at all. I know Rice's lineage and he seems like a great kid, but Fehoko has outplayed him and he just feels like a real Harbaugh guy to me. Does everything he is asked with a smile and at 100 mph, has impressed me with his hands, is faster than Rice, and has a become a willing and tenacious and capable blocker. He and Rice are so similar in so many ways.

You are right on regarding the rest of the TEs. Njoku makes a ton and he has a habit of disappearing at times. But when he is on, he is tremendous (as we Charger fans know). They could sign Parham off the Bronco PS to the active roster I guess? But I think Roman and Parham are not compatible.

I know its the raiders but what is wrong with Mayer? He keeps missing games w/o an injury.
