Which waiver claim makes biggest impact?

you can add walker and lissemore to the nominees as well.

ill go with lissemore. i wouldnt trust any move jerry jones makes so ill give lissemore the best chance to make an impact. he's pretty much a younger version of justin bannan.

im intrigued by nevis and manning though. loved nevis coming out of college but honestly stopped following him after he got drafted. manning seems like a physical player who likes to hit. should be a help on special teams at the very least but he might have some potential on defense as well.

It's clear to me it's going to be Lissemore. He's going to get a decent amount of game day snaps at DE on run downs. It should allow us to have a legit 5 man rotation on the D Line and keep Liuget/Cam/Reyes fresh in games.

i think nevis is good enough to be in that rotation.

They don't usually activate more than 5 D lineman on game day.

i know that's why I brought it up. with lissemores versatility maybe geathers won't be needed. he's still just a rookie playing a tough position

I consider Lissemore to be a better DE than NT. We also need a rotational run stuffing DE, which is his strong suit (according to stats at least).

Yeah I know hes a better DE than a NT but we would only need him to play NT for a few snaps. Either way, it's a good problem to have. I guess my question is, is Nevis better than Geathers right now? I know they're different players but who can make a bigger impact?

I've loved what I've seen from Geathers in practice and in games. Let's see how he does once the real games start. I do think he will get some run. He's earned it.

at the very least geathers will be a weapon on the FG block unit.

Nevis is better suited to passing downs. Gaether will get time on run downs, goal line and ST (fg block)
