IMO, not knowing the injury specifics none of us are really qualified to say what he can or should do.

He told reporters he can play so I’m assuming it’s pain management he’s dealing with versus something more serious like a tear which playing could turn it into a season ending situation.

i agree that the team always knows a lot more about the injury than us, but i am going by the facts we know: he played 4 plays last week. not a good sign.

factoring in that red flag, i think about every time Bosa says "he's never felt better" after an injury, and then gets hurt again.
