Herbert is going to start and play the entire game. His ankle is not that big of a deal.

Damn, I must have missed that statement.
He was also asked Heineke or Stick and he said “it’s Stick as of today”. I’d study that part of his statement, personally. he is not going to tell the Steelers shit.

Herbie will play. He always plays. He played with a broken left hand, he played with broken rib cage. Only thing that stopped him was when he broke his right hand finger and couldnt throw the ball. He can throw with a sore ankle and so … he will.
In the meantime, Harbaugh ain’t gonna tell the Steelers shit except that he is questionable and he’s working through something. He cant classify him doubtful without risking fines, or he probably would.“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

Biggest test for Alt. It will be downhill sledding after he faces TJ Watt.
IMO, he’s the best pass rusher in the league having led the league in sacks in 3 of the last 4 years. No other player in history has led the league 3 times.
15 in 2020, 22.5 in 2021, and 19 in 2023.
With Herbert’s mobility curtailed with a sprained ankle, quicker passing has to be a mandate. If Herbert is unable to do that, he’s going to have a worse day than he did in Carolina.

The one I had was harder to stand on after a week went by then the day I was injured.
Of course I didn’t have it shot up with pain killers and taped the way I imagine they would treat Herbert but I just know lingering soreness can be pretty severe for quite awhile.

I finally got a chance to watch the game broadcast yesterday and one obviously see things much differently than you do when watching a game in person. Still baffled by the Herbert was bad, aside from the pick.

Let’s win one for Mack.

It probably has more to do with pick #5 than anything else.Protect the QB
Run the ball
Play great defense
