Too many questions. If you have a young child or grandchild Iโm sure they can explain it to you.
Disagree. I'm not convinced that there is a rational explanation for you posting temperamental, bombastic criticisms of others that appear to be the result of them having the audacity to have an opinion different from yours. How dare they, huh? You'll show them! You'll manufacture bullshit about participation trophies!
You're acting hormonal. If you can't handle people disagreeing with you, there are better places to spend your time.
Iโm excited to see this game. The Bengals are coming in with a must win attitude. That counts. Expect lots of 4th down plays.
JaMarr Chase is a zone killer. We play mostly zone. Do we change that or do we do what we do best ( and successfully).
I think the Bolts modify the D to confuse Cincy. I think they go with 6 DBs the entire game so they can double JaMarr.
Eli Apple played with Cincy for one year and practiced against JaMarr. He knows his game. Iโd like to see Eli take on JaMar with tight man coverage while still playing their normal zone behind this coverage. Jam him at the line of scrimmage, disrupt his timing. This would ensure double coverage on JaMarr all the time. And go a long ways to stopping JaMarr from beating us.
Yes it would weaken our run D, but the running game is not going to beat us.
Go Bolts.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
Letโs win one for Mack.
That's twice that they've elevated Murphy over Morrish-Brash...it's got to be about the STs play or their ability against the run? I didn't pay enough attention to Murphy last week on running plays to see if he was in during running plays and to see how he played on running plays...
I'm thinking Fulton will be active over Mack this week, but with Mruphy being elevated we will still have 4 Edge guys available to rotate around, I'm also hopeful that Bosa looks even better this week...

Also supporting this idea: Today the Chargers signed LB Shaquille Quarterman to the active roster and waived CB Dicaprio Bootle. (although I don't know if Quarterman plays outside ("edge") or inside)
Quarterman plays the inside like Henley and Perryman...Bootle will probably get put back onto the PS...is Perryman banged up?

Salyer needs to start, we need to pass more, and get Joshua Palmer more involved....
I think this week the run game will play a crucial role, with the new and improved blocking from Fisk and Matlock, the more healthy Edwards, the improved IOL play, and with a Bengal team that has allowed opposing teams to run...this is how the Chargers keep the ball away from Burrow and Chase, it they try to outgun the Bengals it plays to Cincy's advantage IMO...

Yeah, I see Fisk as a Wild Card, of sorts. We haven't seen enough of him to have a clear read on the degree to which he can make a contribution. I think by the time the game is over tonight, we'll know if Fisk is an actual 'part of the solution' here, or just a placeholder.
Hortiz and Harbaugh have brought in an entire parade of tight ends, but most of them have been found wanting.
