Some deja vu with how this is playing out -- eery just like Jacksonville. Even Herbert turtling up and with his poor reads, is similar. At some point, you have to accept Herbert is a top 15/20 QB, and Burrow is elite. That's what makes the difference. Also, as I said, Burrow would destroy Minter's defense. It has happened.
