We are going to need Perryman and Hart back for the Chefs game

We do not play well in the second half, the Chiefs do. We have to drive up the score and play our best game of the year on O to get the W.

KC isn't a high scoring team on avg. They beat us 17 - 10 wk 4. Their avg is 24.1 ppg this season.They allow an avg 19.2. They win by less than a TD in the closing minutes normally.
This is not the high flying KC offense of old. Homie throws a lot of picks (14) and get sacked as much as Herbert. KC's OTs suck as bad as our IOL.
Personally I like this set up going in. We're the better D in points allowed and takeaways. I believe that we can outscore them

Yea but, the game will likely be close throughout and they will pull off a miracle at the end with help from the referees and win the game. We need to score and score often, our offense needs to treat this like a playoff game if they want to win. That's my whole point Jim, I don't care about ppg or averages. The Chiefs find ways to win and they are either the luckiest team in the league or they get help.

Last week….Our last 1/2 numbers are swayed by a fantastic pick 6 that kept our offense off the field an extra possession too. which makes it look worse. D needs to force a few more punts vs letting teams monopolize the ball too…but cant complain about making Cousins throw off timing and we did do that to him…he was pressured and our secondary did a pretty good job clogging the middle when he threw some bad balls under duress. We did need to run more to keep Atl honest….not sure if that was Herb checking out of run plays? We did what we needed to to win and I think the offense can step it up this week.

This week….Both teams are a bit banged up. Our D is still playing very well and Kcs offense is not…we match up well there imo. Confuse Mahomes and keep some pressure in his face and I think we steel an INT or 2. Prep for the run game of Pacheco…if Perry is back i feel like we can contain him enough.

We had games our O was looking very improved with the pass game and Herbs legs causing teams nightmares. I hope we use that philosophy and we commit to 40-45% run plays to keep KC off herb. Herb needs to look for the run lanes….it completely opens u the Offense when the secondary has to keep an eye out for him running.

KC has barely and i mean barely beat pretty awful Carolina, and Raiders and Denver which was notably a better team. They are scraping by and playing poorly. They are NOT in playoff form and it shows. Yes they got the Ws but if Carolina and Raiders can literally take them to the final plays to drcide the game why on earth would we assume this is a L for us….a better team than either of those? KC isnt feeling confident right now….at all and that is important.

I see this as a toss up. Our tackles are back and Herb is healthy and our D is playing at a high level. We have enough tools to win this without a doubt. Players need to step up but I think we have enough to beat KC.

Chargers can win this game. Last game they were without their 2 OTs and Derwin and lost by a TD. Very winnable game. As a matter of fact, if they make the playoffs, they can beat every team that's in the playoff picture. The only team that scares me is the Bills. That team is the most well-rounded team in the AFC atm.

I disagree, think he is injured and forcing the ball. The pick 6 int was a floating duck pass. Something wrong with Cousins

It was a floater for sure, but it was a late floater. I get it, it was 4th down and he had to throw it but he was very late with that read and throw. With that delay, Herbert probably could not have gotten the ball there on time.

It was clearly a desperation pass, trying to make something happen and he had to throw it. I haven't seen any all 22 views to see if anyone else was open or not.

I have no problem with us scoring early, late and in-between. I'd love for us to run it up but I believe we'll win with sacks, pressures and picks.

At the end when Homie shoots a no-look pass out of his ass to Pacheco, I want DJ to take it to the house. F KC..
