We must respect Spag's fundamentally sound defense. They Blitz like crazy and play a lot of Man.

The OL needs to get off the snap well and we must gain good yardage on first downs. Then strike deep.

I think this game is more important from a mental standpoint, with the Colts and Dolphins already having 7 losses. I have no idea how the Chiefs are 11 - 1. Winning is what ultimately matters, but they look quite mediocre doing so. Winning this game would be a huge mental boost for this team, nearing the end of the season.

The Chiefs allow the most receptions and yards to TEs. Maybe Will Dissly time. Of course, the Falcons didn’t have an effective pass rush until last week.

its very hard to get him down..... we must keep him in the pocket..... he cannot run or extend plays.... most of his big plays come from escaping and byung more time for defense to break down and receivers to break wide open....

our pass rushers MUST stop rushing deeper then the QB... stay in front of mahomes.... so he can see the rush and feel the pressure....

I have a hard rule - if a player can play, the player plays. That goes for Herbie, and that goes for Ladd. Exception is after clinching what you want and last game you sit key players.

I don't see this game as a make or break game. The Chargers will make the playoffs and they might even win a playoff game too. A win tonight would be a really nice bonus for the season but IMO this season has already been a massive success story. I'm prepared for a loss but I'm always hopeful that this group can find a way to win, earlier in the year, even while shorthanded and with Herbert hurting they found a way to keep it close and never quit...I expect more of that today...

normally I would agree, but when team never beats another team for as long as this has been, this team needs the psychological lift that beating a chiefs team at their house would bring.... and NOT a fluke win or bad call, etc..... we need a win where we score last to win the game, or win by multiple scores....so KC cannot come back in a minute....

it is not a must win for chiefs.... they have division all but wrapped up...no way do they lose out to lose division...

They win the division with the win. The last 4 games are brutal for the Chiefs. It's no cake walk.
