Anyone wondering why we need to fire Roman, it’s plays like that. 3rd and ten and we scheme up…. A 4 yard crosser. The flea flicker is the most imaginative play Roman can come up with.

This ain’t Roman. This is what happens when you have receivers who can’t get off the line and create separation. Add in an offensive line that is constantly leaky and you get 4yard crossing patterns that go nowhere.
