Actually the sad truth is they are both a big ole production staged for entertainment purposes. The only real differences are one you can gamble on the games outcome, believing and hoping they aren't predetermined and the other being that most folks realize that Hollywood movies are fake.Last I'll comment on this subject for today. It is good to see more n more folks are opening their eyes to the lies we've been sold for years.Hell look at comments on most social media sites.Fans are waking up.Finally!

        my thoughts on the game:

stone smartt had a great game - he is probably our best receiving tight end, i wonder if his blocking skills were keeping him lower on the depth chart.

QJ had a decent redemption game. that is a good sign.

Kimani is looking like a 6th round pick. RB's usually show their hand pretty quickly in the pros, so this is not a good sign. no Pacheco magic.

the defense is looking good, and not just against the bad teams on our schedule. in fact, if our offense could sustain more drives, they would be even better.

yes QJ was used better and played better. Where has this been?

chark, we need to see more.

gus and Vidal looked good in the second half.

you can't beat a good team when you're shut out for a half.

running the ball on 3rd and 16 at the end to play for the fg was too conservative
all questions on the offensive side and for Greg Roman to answer...why isn't Chark getting used and only one target for 9 yards yesterday, why wasn't Rice getting used, why hasn't Smart played and before last night had received less Targets than Tomlinson who's not even on the roster anymore, why is Trey Pipkins still starting over Salyer, why isn't Palmer getting targeted more to ease pressure on McConkey, why not run the ball more, yesterday Vidal's first two carries went for 7 yards each and he only got 6 more carries after that...I'm tired of hearing about lack of offensive talent when some perplexing choices are being made on the offensive side that prevent us from getting the most of what we have...what the offense did in the first half was inexcusable, granted Herbert missed a TD throw to Palmer that might've changed the game...still tho, Roman leaves himself open to many questions about how he uses what he has at his disposal, how often do we have those questions about Minter?

Kimani was the most effective running back last night, but he only got 8 carries, he needs more carries, Edwards is a complimentary back but right now Roman trying to hammer a square peg into a round hole with his bare knuckles, between the two Kimani was more effective despite running on obvious run plays with extra blockers while Edwards got to run out of passing plays and doesn't have the burst that Kimani does, they are not being used properly...

maybe i am being tough on him. i thought his resume was that he was small and quick. i am not seeing much "quick" from him.

Kimani is not small, he's not a scat back, he's a powerful runner and he has decent speed but he's not Austin Ekeler fast, I just don't think our backs are being used correctly or enough, yesterday Kimani earned more carries than Edwards and he didn't get them, Chark earned more catches and he didn't get them, out of sheer necessity they finally threw to Smart and he proved that they should be involving him more in the offense, on and on, I'm getting tired of talking about how one coach on defense gets so much more than expected from what he has and another on offense makes questionable decisions on not using players he has and then not getting more from them, it wouldn't surprise me if Herbert audibled into that throw to Chark, Chark caught it and almost got the first down and then immediately was pulled and not targeted again...it's frustrating as a fan to see one coordinator over performing and keeping the team in games while another plays head games with the people he has and in the process takes for granted his All world QB...

why did Raegor start the game? so much mind fugging going on in the offensive (Roman's) side of the ball and folks just keep saying nothing about it and talking about lack of talent...too bad Herbert is not more of an asshole, he's got to be frustrate as hell that he has players on the team he could distribute the ball to, but he's being asked to go out there and play with an arm tied behind his back...why is Roman playing mind games with our offensive personnel?

Harbaugh has one title to his name and Roman had nothing to do with it

Is Chark still injured? I kinda doubt it... I think the blocking thing might have some merit, but we don't know JH won't say.

Where has Stone Smartt been hiding? Again blocking? He NEEDS to play more...

I def blame Harbaugh for these types of decisions.

Plenty of people are talking about it. I've been alluding to questionable personnel decisions on offense for a while and that's aside from the poor passing game concepts that don't really do much to open up our skill players with the personnel we do utilize.
