Harbaugh is not meddling with the offense anymore than he is with the defense which is not at all. Heโs a real HC, he delegates and lets his people work. He takes ownership for the bad stuff and deflects credit for the good stuff on his staff as the leader of the team, but heโs not micromanaging. He trusts his people completely, unfortunately Roman doesnโt deserve that type of trust. Harbaughโs fault lies in bringing his friend on boardโฆwill he force Roman out like his brother did in Baltimore? I canโt imagine he will. In the meantime Roman only cares about himself because heโs okay gambling with the offenseโs fortunes so long as he gets to impose his will on his players. Heโs nothing like Harbaugh or Minter, they know and accept compromiseโฆthereโs a reason roman was on the street with zero prospects until Jim got the job.Originally posted by AFboltfan View Post
Why are you afraid of adding Jim Harbaugh to that explanation? Wouldn't you think if Harbaugh thought Chark could provide anything meaningful to the offense he would tell Roman to put him in more often? Harbaugh is not Staley, he is not a defensive minded HC, we can be guaranteed that Roman's offense is 100% approved and collaborated on with Harbaugh. To think otherwise is being disingenuous IMHO..."The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. Maybe a reason not to reach for a guard in round 1 next draft of a weak IOL classOriginally posted by dmac_bolt View Post
Thats one of the top questions of 2024. a Rd1 pick, tsk tsk โฆ smh. One of the several key reasons the 2024 offense didnโt come together as expected by JH2.

Because it doesn't fit the narrative that "Roman sux" and everything would magically be fixed if only the team would listen to some fans and fire our OC.Originally posted by AFboltfan View Post

Of course Harbaugh has the final say in this. And it's beyond naive to think he isn't aware of every minute detail going on with the players and coaching staffs.

your take on Harbaugh is mine, exactly. He trusts, he delegates, and I suspect at times he is too loyal.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post

I don't know you got from there to Roman only cares about himself and all he wants is to impose his will on his players. Those are weird things to believe imo, it requires you reject without any facts much more obvious explanations for his performance and decisions.
To each ...Justin Herbert is Elite. Ride or Die ...โ

Yet again, you know these things how? Having an opinion is one thing but stating said opinion repeatedly as fact is another. Nobody even said "meddling" meddling is not the right term, I said collaborating. I understand not liking Roman or how he calls a game, but to just make shit up and present it as fact does nothing for your argument.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
