    Dear fans,

For many years, you've gotten a free ride with all those games we broadcasted on network TV. But now, due to increased expenses, and our drive to line our own pockets with beaucoup bucks, we have received several lucrative offers from Netflix, Amazon Prime, and ESPN, in addition to our very own NFL Network. As a result of our acceptance of these very generous offers, we are forced to limit the number of free football games available on network TV. We sincerely hope you will understand that our top executives have bills to pay for their multiple mansions and vacation homes, their fleets of luxury vehicles and private jets, and their gambling addictions due to our partnership with several sleazy Vegas and online gambling companies. Due to these multiple partnerships, we feel we will be able to continue to bring you the excellent quality of subscription and pay per view programming you now enjoy. We would like to thank you for your continued investment in the NFL, and look forward to you financially partnering with us in the years to come so we can continue to royally jack you for even more of your hard-earned bucks!

    Sincerely,
    The NFL
Players benefit from all the additional money as well. Salary cap keeps going up

it's an awful lot of disrespect, I'd hate to think that translates into them playing their hearts out and beating us (assuming we win the 5 seed).
If I'm coach Ryans, I print up every bit of bulletin board material my media team can find.

Okay, that's my devils advocate. Still want to play them instead of the Ravens?
      I do.
i could see the irony of the Texans kicking ass on the 5th seed. then they will be dancing all around after the game - "no one respected us!"

and then they will get shutout 35-0 in the divisional round.

That last Wild Card Weekend game will be on NBC and Peacock (Not just only on Peacock). At least one of the games will be on Prime. My guess is that they schedule that game with the Ravens, and either Steelers or Chargers.

The Prime game would probably be on Saturday, and the least appealing matchup, guessing that it will have one of the LA teams. with the Rams vs. Redskins or Chargers vs. Texans.
If its simultaneous normal broadcast channel AND a streaming site, thats fine by me. Thats just extending a stream option to people that have that subscription without taking away from people that watch standard broadcast and don’t.

I’ve got prime so I guess I’ll let other villagers carry that pitchfork. Playoff games should be broadcast, not streamed imo. If they want to stream it at the same time they broadcast, thats redundant but ok - but otherwise stop fucking around already, Roger!

I think Ryans will have the texans playing their best but it all comes down to personnel and matchups so if the fifth seed is at all posible we have to go for it! I can easily see Minter coming up with a good plan to deal with the limited weapons of the Texans which is a much tougher task against the Ravens.

We can still win either game if we play our best the Texans just give us more margin for error.

Posner usually tweets out what he thinks the match-ups would be
I know this - if the Chargers play the Texans, it will be Saturday afternoon at 430pm ET

If the Chargers play the Ravens - that could be primetime on Saturday night or Sunday night as its Harbaugh Bowl 2.0

Bucs or Rams v the Lions or Vikings could be the Monday Night game

if the greedy prick wants to stream only then i hope he loses revenue badly. I wonder how last weekends NFL network only ratings were. Dismal i hope. i for one went back to AM radio for that Charger Patriot game and honestly it was not bad. I have been through too many heartbreaking losses to throw good money after bad. And you can always catch the highlights/lowlights after the fact. screw streaming.
