Agreed. And, I must admit, this could the best depth we have at any position at this stage of the season.

yeah lessimore i think is going to be a really steady player. nevis kind of the wildcard. he's got starting caliber potential.

If that's true, that's pretty sad. The only backup D lineman I ever heard of is an undrafted free agent rookie. Last year, we had some good proven depth at D line.

QB an RB have more depth

I like our DL depth following the additions. Lessimore is legit. As long as Geathers keeps developing, we have a very, very solid 5 man rotation. Nevis can be the cherry.

If we are trying to rebuild the roster, get younger and eventually have a more talented team we are going to have to play or have our bench pretty deep with young untested players. There is no other way around it, unless people want us to fill the roster out without old, washed up players with no upside left.
