People forget the Rodgers element when judging Williams with the Jets... it was a recipe for disaster for any player going to that organization.....

I can see that. Wouldn't doubt that he has a reason for everything.

Yep and he still had a couple highlight plays I think one was a game winner so it’s still there. I’m not overly optimistic but IMO he has the ability to make plays that Palmer doesn’t and we know Justin loves the high point ability and he can catch Justin’s fastball no problemo.

At this point in his career he is IMO more of a specialist...redzone and on 3rd downs making the difficult catches to move the chains. And THAT'S FINE. You need guys like this on championship teams. "Be a star in your own role," as Lebron James used to say.

He is also another year out from his injury so hopefully closer to what he used to be, physically. I'm not expecting eye-popping numbers out of him, but I think he will be a contributor for sure.
