        Week 2.

A certain team's offense played in this manner:

        - 3 delay of game penalties against the QB
        - several big 'chunk' plays in the passing game
        - 5 sacks
        - 27% on third downs
        - 65 yards rushing, 3.3 YPC
        - 6 points total

Again, this team has a very talented tailback, high round draft picks across the OL , two of which are all pro, and a new OC who promised to simplify things and bring tempo and physicality to the offense.
Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

Getting rid of Norv was hands down the team's best upgrade this offseason. I knew that anyone other than Norv would help us to be better, but I had no idea that the difference in play calling and time management would help the offense as much as it has.

            Poor Cleveland.

I don't agree with you often, but when I do...

                It's worse than I thought:

In two games, the Cleveland Norvs -

                scored only one TD
                converted 17% of third downs
have only 3 rushing first downs
QB has been hit 27 times, including 11 sacks

                Against Balt -
They quit giving Trent Richardson the ball in the third quarter, even though the score was 7-6. Norval called 19 consecutive passing plays to end the game (again starting in the third quarter, trailing 7-6). The Browns admit that they are struggling with pass protection now, even though it was a strength of the team in 2012.

Yikes. To be fair, they've got Brandon Weeden back there throwing the ball. If you were an OC and had Brandon Weeden, would you ever run the ball? I can't decide if he reminds me more of Dan Marino, Johnny Unitas, or Peyton Manning.

He'll be the spitting image of Unitas by week 10 if he keeps getting hit at that rate.

Maybe, just maybe, the League (i.e. GMs) will finally get it about Norv. Time to hang 'em up.

Good thing we didn't trade Rivers for Weeden...
