An 8 minute bike ride is slightly more than 1 mile ... 2 - 3 minutes slower than taking a car.
    Its a nice cardio warmup.

He arrives before 5:30 am on most mornings ... heading out in the dark.
    Count me as a fan.

If OG2 has retained his mobility at 250 pounds, given his "clean (blocking) techniqes", the Chargers got a steal.

He looked like a tweener at Syracruse and now he looks like a filled out vet.... props to Ben Herbert's magical elixir.
No one could have forseen that in his body build/genetics: Dad was 6'2" / 215.

Andy Reid spies are headed to Los Angeles to steal the formula.

Actually, OG2 posted on April 7th, before the draft, that he was up to 243 pounds.
Syracuse might have wanted him lighter, for whatever reason.

I remain in absolute awe of Ben Herbert. Just seems like a complete difference maker physically, mentally, psychologically. All the players have bought into him. All of them. Free agents will want to come here. You can try to copy what he does mechanically but you cannot replicate him as a coach. This is a real edge to the Chargers.

And if you watch the latest mic’d up, Harbaugh is not just a giant goof. He has eyes on everything and those players know him and respect him for it. Watch the interaction between him and Jackson about Jackson not properly following practice dress code.

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

As a resident of Michigan and a fan of UofM Football, I can tell you Ben was as much of the reason for The Wolverines 3-4 year football tear as any coach or player. This is why Jim made it a priority to get him to come out to LA. The initial reports around here when Jim declared that we leaving for the NFL was that Ben was staying with UofM. Jim must have convinced him. I bet we FINALLY see a healthier team this year. We can only hope.
