Haskins can also pass block. Vidal couldn't last year and Sanders isn't known to be one either. Will come down to those 2 as to who they keep on the roster.
    Don't matter to me which.

I wasn't much in on Sanders or Vidal. All the RBs I liked later went 4th-5th round and then Damian went 6th which was a bit of a surprise. Figured he would go in the 4th. Must not of had enough wiggle for some teams.

It doesn't matter to me much either who they keep at RB 3/4 but if they end up keeping Haskins/Sanders then this is a huge RB room with Harris/Hampton/Haskins/Sanders, that's a group that will wear down teams.

wasn’t overly popular @the time, but had pegged Vidal & CJ as the two guys that might not pan out…. pretty good for Hortiz to only miss on 2 of his 9 selections last year….

this year am not so sure ‘bout Taylor & maybe Mickens as well (does he have enough coverage skills for an NFL defensive backfield ?)

will also add that I call “hits” anyone who turns into a contributor…. by my take he doesn’t necessarily have to be a starter to be a good draft pick,

As long as we have a varied skill-set between them, bigger is usually better.

The guy moves and blocks like an all pro.
Don’t care what his 40 time is and I think he makes the team even if he doesn’t have good hands.
Did not have nearly enough opportunities with those receivers.
Could be a real weapon blocking from 3 positions with that versatility.

You are comfortable with John Spanos having the final say in draft day trades, I'm not. It appears that he may have nixed two trades .... one up and one back

I'm guessing, Harbaugh and Hortiz are letting the world no this .... and they are going about doing this in a very clever way (damning with praise).

If baby Spanos nixed the trade back with Philly, Hortiz/Harbaugh might want to send a signal to their GM as to what happened - its unprofessional to leave them hanging like that.
I don't know how much weight John Spanos currently has in the draft room. I'm confident he wouldn't be President of Football Operations if he hadn't been born into the Spanos family. I personally don't see how he's qualified to have that position. He was "promoted" to that position in 2015. Before Harbaugh and Hortiz were hired, this team had two playoff appearances and one postseason win from 2015 through 2023. One would think, under those circumstances, that the President of Football Operations would be fired. Three head coaches and one general manager got fired during that time, but not Johnny boy. Of course not. He's a member of the Spanos family.

Whatever. As long as it doesn't bother Harbaugh and Hortiz, it doesn't matter to me.
