Unrelated semi-celebrity post (not really celebrity): I played a show Friday night in El Salvador … 2000 strong showed up in a torrential rainstorm - maybe found our 52nd state, they loved it. 100s wanted pics with the band as if we were famous lol … (thats not me in the pic, I’m the keyboard player, nobody gaf about me )

no, thats actually a very good Bon Jovi tribute band. I play in several bands, all are rock to harder rock, the exception would be a David Bowie gig I do now once a year (he's harder to categorize). If/when I move to Tennessee, maybe I'll join a country rock band - I like a lot of modern country, it could just use a lil rock in it

Our sons (52 & 47 yo) went to the Metalica - Suicidal Tendencies- Pantera concert Sunday at Levi Stadium. Reports are that they had a blast. One of their friends was thrown out. Musta been interesting. Somebody's gotta go if it's good.

I’ve heard Riverwalk also raises free-range chickens. Yeah, just lets them walk around wherever they want. Who does something like that, letting chickens decide what is best for themselves?

Humans were placed on this planet by God to make decisions for lesser beings. That includes chickens, old guys, and young gals!

Nice! I saw Metallica (Reload tour?) and Pantera while dime-bag was still alive back in the late 90s. Metallica was fine, didn’t play enough of their early work. Pantera was playing and a really hot gal was on some guy’s shoulders down on the floor, maybe 10 rows back. They stopped the show until she showed her T’s. Tsk tsk, I have to officially go on record against such rockish behavior. Pantera didn’t play Cemetery Gates, darn.

It wasn't all that cool. Friend & wife have a crippled daughter, wheelchair bound they bought a ticket for incl wheelchair accommodations. But they wanted to stay with her and had not purchased that privilege. Friend got PO'd with security and all three were ejected. The facility and their security was basically a POS IMO in that situation.
