The proliferation of spread offenses and dynamic passing games at the lower levels has helped produce an impressive collection of pass-catchers in the 2026 class. Teams seeking blue-chip playmakers will debate whether Carnell Tate (Ohio State), Jordyn Tyson (Arizona State) or Makai Lemon (USC) should be the WR1 of the group. Zachariah Branch (Georgia), KC Concepcion (Texas A&M), Denzel Boston (Washington) and Chris Brazzell II (Tennessee) might not be considered top-10 picks, but they are likely to come off the board in the first round.

Is there a WR who fall at 22 you can't resist ?
Makai Lemon is a perfect fit for McD.

      1) CJ Allen * if Rodriguez is more in the mold of a Daiyan Henley, then even more of a reason to go Bull Dawg here
      2) Parker Brailsford * personally and despite all the flak they get, still consider pff to have the best board, albeit prefer to work off of nflmddb.... the former has PB @192, the latter @98, and.... PFN has him @54
      3) Justin Joly * last year @this time, Gadsden was getting day two mentions, and then he receded back into day three, and so.... perhaps JJ recedes into day three/round four range as well
      4) DJ Campbell * if this guy can spell Ed Ingram after two years, then he's my guy, albeit won't lie, as Demond Claiborne could move into the discussion here, despite that I usually lean linemen over skill position players
      6) Bryce Foster * other names that might be on the board, are perhaps an Eric Gentry or Josh Moten, as don't think a Jermaine Mathews nor Taylen Green are gonna make it out this far
LB CJ Allen, LT Caleb Lomu, OC Parker Brailsford, RB Demond Claiborne, TE Justin Joly, NT Dontay Corleone, OC Bryce Foster, CB Josh Moten, LB Eric Gentry

Not a great showing by Trey Zuhn. Pancaked by TJ Parker. Nadame Tucker, who isn’t even listed on the roster right by him during one-on-ones. Looked way better at guard. Had one of the better reps against Hunter.

Keylan Rutledge is hanging in there well. Decent anchor not getting overpowered. Durant got by him easy though. His base is better than his handwork.

Lee Hunter is killing people. Right by Beau Stephens. He was doing this all year for Texas Tech, but it’s plays like this that remind people why he’s a first rounder. Later in team drills he got double teamed, and still made the play on Randall.

Later for Hunter, one-on-one against Samuel Hecht, the K-State center. He gets a bad start and is way too high. Doesn’t even matter because he just runs the guy backward. He’s a bit too high, but I don’t even care. Guy is a whale in there.

If the Chargers can't get any free agent O-linemen, something is wrong.
When it comes to trenches... I prefer proven veterans. Especially along the IOL and IDL.
Get your big ticket items (OT's and EDGES) in the 1st round...

And frankly I feel a little justified in my PFF bashing and questioning them 🥱

Not only can we afford 2 stud OL...but Oweh as well. And still have bank.

Gonna be an exciting offseason TPB.
It is a good draft to be in the EDGE market.

We need to get the right DT, the one who has anchor + hops, to augment Tart and push Jamaree Caldwell.

Strike early at IOL, Hortiz, as in ~ March 11.

Nice...but not sure you couldnt get Hecht in the 4th, leaving your second open for Edge...

Good center class...Hecht, Brailsford, Logan Jones...with Lew and Slaughter likely going earlier, one of those guys will be there in the 4th I think...but maybe you dont like some of those guys...

                  Splitting hairs though...love the group...

At 3:19 is the Hecht-Hunter tape. Hunter gets leverage but Hecht basically holds him at the point and it’s basically a standoff. It’s the initial contact i’m interested in. If you let these guys go for 2 minutes it’s just a back and forth wrestling match.

At 1:25 Hecht also handles Darrell Jackson and slows him to a stand off.

Between the 2 min and 3 min mark Hecht plays G and gets blasted off the snap by Eason. Doesn’t look as good at G….

Rutledge is also in here..He stones Eason at 2:08

Also. I stated in one of these threads that MIA Center Brockermeyer doesn’t look good. And he doesn’t. However, he just finished playing big time football all the way to the natty just days ago. I can’t really fault the guy. He’s probably physically and mentally beat to hell.
